@dayone dad It was Staley’s tomfoolery that cost us that pick 6 and ultimately the game. He rushed the play when it was obvious to anyone that Everett needed more time to recover from the previous play. Also, considering how the Chargers were blown out by both the Jags and Seattle, they are very fortunate to be 5-3.
@Royce Skepagny what pissed me off about the Jags game was the fact that Herbert is injured and kept him in the game being blown out then the next week same thing we get blown out but Mike Williams is in the game now he’s out at least a month if not longer. 2nd year head Coach making Rookie coach mistakes

Reminds me of vintage Rodgers. Now, their throwing style IS different, but he is one of those guys who I hold my breath every time he leaves the pocket because it feels like my jaw hits the floor 75% of the time. He elevates everyone around him. It’s so cool.

@Manofmayhem Yep. I agree there were some I thought he should have caught. That’s always disappointing but Keenan Allen has dropped too many in games past too. Palmer still caught 8 and gained 106 yds including the one that really counted because it put us in FG range at the end of the game. He earned a game ball.

Justin never gets credit for what he does after he throws a pick. I’ve seen him make tackles and take people out the sideline and I thought he almost made a tackle on the fumble recovery. Anyways proud of how he kept us in the game and what he was able to do with a depleted receiving corp. This team really impressed me with this win, I really didn’t think it was going to go our way.

He’s definitely maturing and also it’s funny to hear him not just give 100% goodie two shoes school boy responses. There’s a little more boss/lack of patience for nonsense, like when he waved the cameraman off who was getting too close at 10 minutes left in the game. Good stuff!
