I know Herbert sounds “robotic” or repetitive most of the time but one thing for sure is that we won’t ever hear Herbert calling out a team mate or complaining about his horrible coaches he’s not someone to do that unlike some other QBs in the league that put excuses and call people out in the media. That’s my QB1 TRUE Leader!
He’ll also take on blame that isn’t even his. He’s just a quality human being.
Its because he’s so smart. Never give the roaches in the media a controversial soundbite. Media are like barnacles, they are untalented scum who feed off controversy.

I don’t know about anyone else but when I was 24 I am pretty sure I couldn’t get up in front of the media on TV every week and start answering questions and not make a mistake and then make all my teammates look good right after I lost a game. That’s assuming I could even make it to the NFL at 24 and anyone would even want to listen to me answer questions.
With Derwin James out, Herbert needs to ball out and be superman since the defense is gonna have a long day unless Mack can get to Tua consistently.

I saw that Tua said he was very happy where he is and I honestly think Justin feels the same way. All these struggles they’ve both been through in their early careers should serve them both well in their future football endeavors. It’s been a huge learning experience for both of them and I don’t think Justin, in particular, has an ounce of quit in him, (not saying Tua does either, I just don’t pay as much attention to him so I don’t really know enough to formulate an opinion)

One of the most humble and talented players that fights harder then anyone every week despite no Oline or wrs and bad play calling and never throws anyone under the bus.
