Kid has a few QB’s in him from a bit of Elway to some R Cunningham, to some and even a deep ball touch of D Fouts and T Bradshaw. I was ecstatic when Bears traded up to get him, and glad the moronic coaching staff of previous can not longer hurt his development. At 50 years old I never thought Id see a true Blue Chip QB ever be on my Chicago Bears, 2023 is the most important year in our almost 100 year history. They HAVE to hit on 50% of the FA and 50% of the draft to make the Bears relevant for the next 8 to 12 years

I agree with your comps. Once I saw Justin’s amazing running, toughness and deep ball skills I immediately thought Elway, Steve Young, Steve McNair and Cunningham! Just hope we don’t have to wait until he’s in his late thirties like Elway to win a SB!!

Record definitely doesn’t reflect the amount of progress this team has made from week 1, most unbelievably the offense has become something to start to scare defenses around the league , not there yet , but you see what’s on the horizon

Funny,when he was drafted,he said “ I believe I was built for this”….This kid was drafted by the Chicago Bears,a huge media market,huge passionate fan base…And on a team that changed their coaching staff and stripped down the talent on their roster…I think he loves every bit of the pressure…. Maybe he was built for this!
Been a bears fan since 1966, love we got this kid. Looking forward to next season. Kids got class and swagger.
