Josh Reynolds talks top-ranked Lions offense heading into Week 5 | Twentyman in the Huddle Ep. 20

On this week’s episode of Twentyman in the Huddle presented by Microsoft, Tim Twentyman previews the Detroit Lions’ Week 5 trip to Foxborough as they get set to face the New England Patriots on Sunday, October 9. As always, Tim breaks down the injury news of the week and recaps what the Lions’ coordinators had to say on Thursday morning when meeting the media. After that, ESPN’s Mike Reiss joins Tim to discuss what the Lions can expect from the Patriots and possible starting quarterback Bailey Zappe. Lions wide receiver Josh Reynolds then stops by to talk about the offense’s hot start to the 2022 season and what the Week 6 bye may mean for a team bit by the injury bug. To wrap things up, Tim and Mike O’Hara run through their Key Matchups for Lions at Patriots, presented by BetMGM.

Highlights include:
– 0:00-0:19: Podcast introduction
– 0:20-5:52: News, notes and injury updates from Lions practices

Josh 🥳 the 🐍 of death.🙌🏾

Hammer

Unfortunately, it takes offense and defense to win games

    Shawn Valentine

at least we got one down. get the defense to even play 1/3 better and were winning more games

TBDMusic

Josh has seriously impressive hands considering the contested td catch last Sunday as well as the highpoint jumps both this season and the last.

J Rey is currently my fav Lion. He seems genuinely a good, likable, dude… he came here when the team was winless, just to prove something… and he’s way underrated as a WR.

You mean the serpent of death?

Ron wright

To all lions fans like myself. Let me prepare you for the game now. There going to lose. Decade after Decade different coaches different players for years. So how do they stay so consistent. And predictable. Since the superbowl started in 67 Detroit has 1 payoff win in 93 before that 1957. Every year it’s the samething. I don’t say maybe next year. Because I already know the answer.

Crossroads game for sure

People underrate Josh Reynolds talent, he has a good mix of size, and speed with dependable hands and a big catch radius. Picking him up off waivers last season half way through it was a great move by Brad Holmes.

    DukeofGames50

Yeah. Kind of maybe a very slightly slower version of Megatron?

    Von dee Gaming

    @DukeofGames50 wow a Megatron mmm 🤔

    DukeofGames50

@Von dee Gaming he’s got the height, seems to have comparable hands too

    C B

Yeah made up for the horrible trinity benson trade

Diehard Detroit Sports

Offense sells tickets 🎟
Defense wins championships 🦁

    DukeofGames50

    I like that
