The speed thing isn’t something that’s needed in this offense. It’s nice to have but the guy needs to be able to read defensive coverages during the play and very few wrs have been able to do that

I’ve been saying the same thing about our defense. Haven’t had a Top 20 Defense since 2006. It’s almost impressive. You’d think they would’ve gotten at least 19th on accident once.
That is what a short term memory does to a person. We have done it right a NUMBER of times.
I am over 50 so more than half my life we have been legendary. Not many teams can say that.

At first I was a little bitter that Rich B. didn’t get a second chance as a head coach. But with the talent we have and Josh’s expertise in offense and with the draft, we might be looking at a deep run this year… 👍
There’s a nice little roster put together, but um……there’s ummm gonna be delay ummm game with this ummm staff. We needed rich and his first thought mindset. As a franchise well always second guess ourselves

@Trev 916 Wow did I just read an intelligent view on last year’s team? Trev you are 100% right. The OC and DC ran the team. Bisaccia was just a stop-gap to get through the season. HE IS NOT A HEAD COACH AND NEVER WILL BE. All logic is out the window when adults think with emotion only=some raiders fans. I’m talking about those fans who call the Vegas radio stations and actually cry as if their goldfish died haha

One thing he didn’t learn from Bill is press conference demeanor. He’s smart, quick on his feet, and seems to be comfortable addressing the media.
I love the Raider pressers, can’t ever hear what the reporters are asking.

Low budget I’m guessing then we get the dead air in the press conferences it takes forever for them to cut it out. Probably a 70 year old guy Al Davis hired running the video equipment and he’s sleeping half his work day.
It’s an audio problem that they don’t want to address (mic up).

I’m in the same boat man. Every year that boat looks sturdy, strong and well made. Sadly you probably know where those boat ends up 😅 I got a good feeling about this boat this time, but i’ve learned to temper my expectations. For the sake of my health I’ll always expect the worst. a loss doesn’t pump blood through me like hydrolic fluid and I’ll scream inside my head rather than in public. But a win will get me flying high and I’ll start chanting “Win lose or tie Raider nation tell I die.” Football season needs to get here quick ☠☠☠

When I heard LeGarete Blount say mcdaniels is the one that walked in halftime down 25 of the freaking superbowl and asked them if they think they can win he was the guy.
We really need to work on the Oline discipline! Watching every game think about how many big plays or 1st down we lose do to a dam holding call. Not to mention the false starts. Derek can only over come so much. Think about the playoff game against the Bengals. 1st and goal on the 1 yard turns into 1st and 20 due to back to back false starts.
Man!!!!; How do you fix that?. l’ll tell you how put in the work and make that priority.
This guy is saying all the right things. The most important one to me, was him saying “Derek Carr is out QB.” and he said it with no hesitation. I like the staff he’s assembled. Now let’s see if you can take our beloved RAIDERS to the Superhowl.

Not gonna lie at first I was upset about the signing of McDaniels but every interview I seen he seems to know what he wants with the team and what he wants to implement, I believe we going to the playoffs again this year
