And with the 1st and 2nd round picks in the 2022 NFL DRAFT The Las Vegas Raiders select,future hall of fame and literally the BEST WR in the NFL Devante Adam’s, YES THE DRAFT WAS EVERYTHING I COULD POSSIBLY HOPED FOR

A great draft; we didn’t have BIG cards to play. You will definitely see immediate contributors come out of it.

FIRST OFF – Thank you Dave and Josh! We believe for the first time in a VERY long time that there are people in charge that actually know what they are doing and are doing what is in the BEST interest of the team! Before the two of you ever arrived – I was posting on the NE Facebook page and on the Raiders Facebook page that we NEEDED these two! the moment Raider lost their head coach – I was a PROPONENT of Josh McDaniels. When Josh was hired – I was in shock! We not only had Josh – we had Dave Ziegler!

it has been a VERY VERY SHORT process! Stunned is what I am at the FA moves and the preparedness of the draft in such a short time! it’s crazy! When I hear Dave talk about how they will improve the process – I am shocked they even had time to get something in place!

Draft prep – I actually think have fewer draft picks and NOT drafting until round three – was a great thing! Home run with first and second round picks! A++++ all the way! The draft added some depth and the Raiders new duo (Dave and Josh) got to begin a process they CAN polish and working better once they have had time to think! Normally, if you are with a team – you know most of the pieces and know what to change or fix. I can’t imagine coming into a new team and having to do all that leg work just to know where the team is at – and then start addressing the needs!

It was a Job well done! Raiders needed to add pieces – in particular the trenches and running back and they did that exceptionally well! Offensive line, DTs, and running backs. trading down to add some picks was a great move – and one I expect to always happen!

If you ask me – I would trade my first round pick (and every pick of every round to add more picks!) EVERY year – to move down and add more picks! No matter what – get those extra picks!

If you can trade down a few slots and add round 5 picks – why not always do that?! The first rule I have is – NEVER FALL IN LOVE WITH ANY PLAYER!! There will always be great players in every round – keep trading and ADDING! If you have 20 picks – you can then move some to get the best player to fill a need.

So far – this great duo has an A++++++!

Things are finally changing now..before I was skeptical but now I’m all in and believe these guys can take OUR RAIDERS to the next level

The beautiful thing I’m hearing from McDaniels is he’s not trying to do everything. I think that’s something he learned from his time in Denver. You can see that he is putting trust in people more. Beautiful

Raiders WON this draft back on March 17th acquiring Devante. Would you honestly take any of those top 20 guys in round 1 over Devante? Let’s be real, these guys stole the show… Absolutely brilliant

These guys having their first draft without the first two rounds might have been the best case scenario for these guys. Can’t mess up the first picks on a bust, while learning the process at the level they are.

I think it’s good Dave & Josh have a good connection and are spend a lot of time together to build this team. Also, surprised we got Zamir White bc for those who don’t know, this guy is a straight beast and can’t believe he fell in the draft. Not use to the Raiders making a lot of good moves in one offseason like this 🙏🤝🏴‍☠️

Smart move what they did with the 1st and 2nd round draft picks picking up DA. Went for the best WR instead of gambling on potential busts.

Sorry to say how bringing these 2 guys in and how much they’ve done in these months exposes how low this organization’s standards have been the past 2 decades when it comes to the front office, coaching, and staffing

Great point by Coach McDaniels. “In our system” Evaluations will be different from team to team based on their particular scheme and goals. I was very happy with this draft. Consistency, character, and quality across the board. Not odd stretches or gambles that had become a part of the Raiders draft from year to year. The picks made sense. It made me happy to see some maturity and obvious optimism and professionalism in this group of players. I am very excited to watch these players develop. I liked seeing a Volunteer go! One of my favorite positions, maybe the favorite is the Nose Tackle position. I liked the LSU selection. Raider Nation!

I am always going to be a Gruden fan, having said that, love the direction this team is heading. Was a solid overall draft that made sense. Not even mentioning free agency.

Love Parham from Memphis. We addressed our needs. I can honestly see 12 wins this year. We are on the cusp RaiderNation. In my 43 years i feel the championship culture returning. The Gannon era hurt because we were SOOOOOO close those 3 years. Lets bring it home!! RN4Life!!!!

Nice draft gentlemen. Have a great time building us a winning team this summer! Hope to see Jacobs, Ferrell, Abram on the roster teaching these new rookies a few valuable lessons that they’ve all learned over the past 4 yrs
