    @Lonzo Trout only thing i noticed was the lack of pass rush again. I hope David Irving comes in and pushes the starters. Baker’s receivers dropped passes also. Guenther got lucky on this one. Offense carried the load

Does anybody else notice anytime the Raiders win, ESPN and others always focus on what the other QB and/or team did wrong.
Raiders beat the Panthers. “Well it’s only the Panthers”
Raiders beat the Saints. “Is Drew Brees’s career over?”
Raiders beat the Chiefs. “Have the Chiefs been figured out? Is Mahomes scared?”
Raiders beat the Browns. “Is Baker the guy?”
Meanwhile, Derek Carr is 4th in the league in QBR, has only thrown 2 INT’s, and yesterday he reminded people that he could run (6 attempts 40+ yards)
It’s never about what the Raiders do right when they’re are healthy.

    It’s because we’ve stunk for most of the 2000s. If we want respect we gotta earn it. Get to the playoffs, win a game. Regular season is nice and all but the Raiders haven’t really won anything in forever. Start winning consistently, get to the playoffs–then we’ll get some respect.

    I understand that but your point is invalid when talking about QB’s.
    Baker Mayfield, Carson Wentz, Jared Goff, and other Qb’s who haven’t win a single thing constantly get praises when they do well. Derek Carr is miles ahead of a lot of other QB’s. I personally rate him as overall maybe the 10th or 11th best QB. As if this year, the only QB’s who have been playing statistically better than him is Wilson, Rodgers, and Mahomes.
    Sure, QB’s like Kyler have been flashier but they are on much better teams (I am a huge Kyler fan so no knock against him)
    Derek Carr is playing like a Top 5 QB so far this season, yet he gets no praise other than Colin Cowherd which just baffles me.

Jalen Richard so valuable as part of this mix. The yards he gets are often huge ones. When they execute Gruden Ball it is fun to watch. Grinding drives with multiple looks, sets and skill players mixed in. If our OL can stay healthy, we are in a stretch of many winnable games. But as we remember from 2019 jets game, nothing can be assumed. Sunday felt to me like a step towards us being a 2020 playoff team and a real contender starting in 2021
