Yup like he already has
I like Harbaugh but we have issues that have been going on for too long. Like getting to the line too late on offense, poor clock management overall, bpa (in their opinion, needs be damned) just to name a few.
One can debate whether another coaching staff would’ve allowed Lamar to be the type of player he is today. I think in some measure Lamar is allowed to be himself and excel like he’s been doing because of the coaching staff we have. Now, that’s now to say that Lamar wouldn’t excel in another system, but would he be the same? I don’t know.
Do yâall think a coaches only job is playcalling and clock management? Monday through Saturday is where a head coach does 99% of their work, sustaining the culture and the program to build a quality team. 5 coaches in this league can do this, harbaugh is one of them

Bro, we gotta up the D, I know we let a good defensive coach out the door, but the rookie coach gots 2 step up his game… Back to back to back games giving up 300+ yards to QB’s ain’t a recipe for success… Look coach McDonald, the blitz is your weapon to keep a QB guessing, use your speed guys to get the QB off their spot and keep them out of a rhythm. The one time you blitzed in the fourth Mac Jones threw a pick… They did not pay Lamar and the jinx might be in against this Organization…
Ravens need to pay Lamar with a good contract. He is carrying team to victories despite the poor coaching calls and weak defense. Is Biscotti being cheap or does the franchise really not have enough money? If Lamar goes Iâm following him to his next team âïž
