I agree Malik didn’t have a good game but LB not too important we play so much hybrid d where our safeties play LB in the box. So honestly most of the year we’ll be playing PQ and a safety like hamilton, chuck, or TJ which id be completely satisfied with.

@Nicholas Rasul That’s what I keep being told, that we’re going to have a nickel as the base D. But that wasn’t the case last night. And I think the pendulum is swinging back on RBs, which IMO makes the MLB very important.

@Uncle Fido Yea it’s concerning but i’m hoping the big size and strength our DLine has will compensate for our lack of size and power from our linebackers. I think with calais, pierce, madabuike, and jones we can hopefully stop guys like D Henry or Johnathon Taylor at the line and if they don’t then god bless us cuz no DB is stoping those guys😂

@Nicholas Rasul I don’t doubt that it could work very well with Clark, Hamilton and Stephens. The pieces are there for nickel & dime packages, it sounds good, but I’m not convinced that’s the direction their going.
