Lamar doing everything any other 25 year old QB is doing exactly no different including the the QB across from him in this game. Josh Allen greatly, greatly has benefitted from his top ten O line and the addition of Stephon Diggs.

@Cam no we have jv highschool wrs, our oline is a shitshow, lamar cant control them, anf he definitely cant carry the offense on his back by himself, lamar was not the problem this game

@Obama Runtz he threw a ball into quadruple coverage from the 10 yard line that was returned for a touchdown, a 14 point swing. That was the single most significant play of the game. Nothing to do with receivers, just a poor decision maker. He is all athlete, no brain

@Cam whoa now you’re just trolling or truly a hater. Yes he made a bad mistake but that was only one play. The game wasn’t decided on that one play. Also, he is a very smart player. To even be able to run that kind of offense you have to be very smart (ie: reading leverage, understanding angles, making a split second decision at the mesh point). Or my favorite….NOT forcing things when nothing’s there! It’s a reason why no ones ever run this style of offense, or atleast to this degree. You can’t just be an athlete and do this. The NFL has had several of them that hasn’t worked. If he was bad at reading defenses he would throw way more interceptions than he has. He’s almost too careful with the ball to a fault, in that regard.

@P. Watson if you don’t think that play decided the game I’m done discussing. Stop pretending reading the loose DE or backer is comparable to reading defensive coverages. There’s a reason zone read is so popular in college football and not so popular in the pros. The level of sophistication increases. Lamar is an incredibly gifted runner but also an incredibly poor thrower. There’s no hate. I love the guy, he’s made the last 3 seasons exciting to watch, but we will not win a super bowl with him as QB

@Cam what makes him a poor thrower tho? I truly want to hear your take on this. As far as the pick in the EZ, it was very bad yes. But there was still plenty of game left after that and they had the ball several times with a chance to put points on the board after that, and the Bills didn’t score another point for the rest of the game. Also, I’m not saying running option plays are the same as reading defenses I’m just talking about the complexity of the offense and how difficult it is to run, hence why it hasn’t ben that successful on the NFL level and how you have to still be a smart player (not just athletic) to run it. Not sure what makes you think he can’t read defenses either but I can link you to several sources from NFL ppl (including players) that show he can. He would throw wayyy more interceptions if he wasn’t good at reading defenses. That’s just a narrative that ppl want to attach to him since he’s a “running” QB.

@McDiamond naw Roman has had a bottom ranked passing attack on every team he’s coached. This is no coincidence. He’s great at running schemes but always been mediocre with passing. Kurt Warner laid it out perfectly with that video the other day.
