Ok but these were the same issues as last year when we lost to them and the year before that when we lost to them again. It took three almost identical losses to realize that you shouldn’t abandon the run game and find ways to counter the defensive scheme they’ve been so successful with against us? Cause I thought it was obvious.

1. 0-3 vs chiefs, 0-2 in the playoffs, 1 game above .500 with the browns, and none tested vs the big ben steelers.
2. Coordinators, that get woodshed’d in big games. Greg Roman, tight end read progression pass game, and no bell cow rb to have game flow and rythm. … wink blitz defense, that tips our hand, and the opps use 3 step drops, screens, rb dumps, to beat it. Plus not keeping judon as a every down pass rusher.
3. Relying on Lamar legs, vs leveling him up as a 20 yard to red zone passer.
4. Head coach better see the real deal or fall. …. dont get pumped faked by wins over 1st look lamar teams, have your chest all out, them wham, a real contender caves it back in.
Go through the stats, … 5 offensive tds, 3 offensive tds, then zero.

They asked Lamar today how do teams stop Andrews and he said they double him, I’m like are u kidding me they’re doubling ur te and U can’t use that as an advantage to get a wr open?! If it was so easy to just double someone and shut them down without consequences then ravens and every team should just double kelce 🤦♂️

I agree with #3. Lamar isn’t a running back. He plays the qb position. He needs to work on his arm strength and start making the deep ball connect to his WR’s.
This team is going to FedEx to face Jack del Rio and the footballers defensive team and a very talented front 4 with good linebackers. What challenges you’ll think the offence is going to go through? JdR always had good success exposing the offensive side of the ball!

we need better pass rushers, and help lamar when it comes to pass to set up the run we already have run to set up the pass.
judon ive tried to be optimistic but hes just not it, we should have kept zadarius smith and let judon walk, doesnt show up at all
be more aggressive and play your game, when we get down we panic and we dont produce on offense and the defense gets tired we just need to stick to who we are and use our speedy receivers to spread the field and get the running backs (especially gus) to run the ball more, gus is our best back and we treat him like a 3rd stringer, its not just the chiefs its how we play when it matters and when we are down, i believe in this team just a lot of things that the coaches need to do better when it comes to in game.

Latrell Sprewell is the American Dream that’s he can be a qb to use the pass to set up the run, obviously we can’t if our tight end is the main option which is why i said that they need to help him so that we can be a complete offense by getting him receivers and not these little check downs and play action passes all the time cause it’s predictable

1. Start gus edwards. Hes the better back why he doesnt get more carries is beyond me his ypc is always way higher than ingrams and he always seems to be making big runs when hes in the game.
2. Keep mark andrews on the bench until he stops dropping easy passes. Nick boyle works just fine.
3. You gotta figure something out with the oline. Dont get me wrong lamar played poorly overall but it didnt help that he had his pocket collapsing pretty much every play and when a qb as athletic as him gets sacked 4 times thats a sign that theres an issue in the trenches

These issues were identified last season . . . IF WE ABANDON THE RUN, WE LOSE THE GAME. When we come out and run the ball, like we did on that first drive, we are literally unstoppable. And for the love of everything that is holy, GIVE THE BALL TO GUS EDWARDS. Also, no true Ravens fan has EVER complained about us ‘running the ball too much,’ John. That is a strawman argument.

Notice that the chiefs only scored one touchdown in the second half. The Ravens coaches do a terrific job of halftime adjustments. Looking forward to the rematch. Let’s see more “Bus”!
Same thing every year. No adjustments. When they get hit in the mouth first its like they get uncoordinated. Playoffs all over again. I guess all teams have to do is run the Titans defense. I bet the Titans are drooling right now cuz they have the remedy.

When we are not balanced and or play to our strengths offensively, relying on lamar’s arm, we will lose most of the time. This is what helped screw over Flacco after the super bowl run.
