Jerome Schulze Diggs will cost a second if not a first, and there are a lot of other receivers who are comparable to ruggs that we could get in the later rounds
Andrew Chen Ruggs is a first round pick because of his speed and the fact that he’s become a better route runner so he’s more than just a speed guy
Andrew Chen Reagor is the only WR in the draft with speed comparable to Ruggs’ and depending on how the combine goes, Hill may fall because of his small hands

@Jerome Schulze Cutting Flacco saves i think 17 million and we have 2 capable backups at the moment there is no need to pay a backup 6+ million to possibly not play a meaningful snap.
