Joe Schoen has his stuff together , the future is bright

I really like how, just the way Dab and Joe are sitting there… that stuff influence the whole organization. It starts at the top and they present very strong on that right now. They really present like a team with good chemistry and unity. That’s the cornerstone. Good stuff. Joe’s the man for this

Very encouraging how both are hands on and aren’t autocratic. Huge contrast to Dave Gettleman and Joe Judge. Both are plain spoken and humble, and more player oriented.

A head coach + GM relationship is monumental. He listens to every position coach on what players they want, etc. Ladies and gentlemen we have a GM

Nice to see leaders with good communication between each other, pulling together in one direction! Also, just because they are not talking to reporters about specific goals and expectations, does not mean they do not have VERY clear goals and expectations for every player on the roster. I loved Dab’s answer to the QB question… “his job is to move the team down the field and put points on the board.” Seems like a clear expectation to me. Love these guys!

These reporters SMH this may be an up and down season for this team but I feel positive about these two leading us into the future

The difference between Gettleman and Schoen are two different worlds. It’s like taking in a breath of fresh air

man i know a lot of the fans have high expectations for the team this year but with joe and dabes in the front office I think any progress is a success and for years to come this team will be in good hands

It’s year one of a rebuild. The goal should be to get better every week. What do these knuckledraggers want him to say? We’re going 11-6? The key is to play better each week and be able to expand the playbook on offense.

i don’t expect us to make the playoffs this year but seeing Joe and Brian talking and communicating about what they’re thinking and what plans they are trying to make is a refreshing thing to see. let’s go giants!

Gettleman and Judge left these guys a colossal mess, plain and simple. Just think back to the embarrassment of the QB sneaks on their own 5 yard last January. This is going to take time.

Love to see these two together, they are tied at the hip and hopefully they can move this team into the future. The Future is the key part.

I just feel it, we’re finally in good hands. LFG GMEN✊🏼
