Last I checked Garrett never got that team to the super bowl and made them perpetual disappointments over the last decade in spite of the talent that team constantly has. At least let Judge (a man who helped coached three super bowl teams and two national championship teams) do his damn job. He just got here.

You don’t get it. Garrett wasn’t a good head coach. That much is clear. That team he coached had no excuse to not be super bowl winners by now with how talented that team is. That to me is a big red flag that shows that he would do even worse with a team like the Giants who aren’t nearly as talented. He’s much better as an offensive coordinator where his only job is calling plays. As a special team coordinator for several championship teams, he can actually run an entire team better. Put that L on your forehead. Let Judge do his job. HE JUST GOT HERE.

I’m asking an honest question. Did you honestly and I mean HONESTLY see anything last night, that hasn’t been trotted onto the field for the last 4 years? O-line was non exsistant. Engram was pityful, our D gave up at the half, other than Bradberry the rest of the secondary was lost. No LB’s that can cover. No pass rush. This is a clone of last years team.

carlos sanchez u clearly didn’t watch the giants last year but the way they were moving the ball down the field with the ball in Daniels hand yes he threw some stupid balls were he should’ve thrown it out or should’ve takin a sack even if engram and saquon didnt show up they eay they were moving the ball with shepard and slayton the defense was better the first quater but i can agree idk wtf happened after that

3 new starters , two of which starting their first NFL game at the position (Thomas & Gates) Also take into consideration that we were going against one of the best defenses in the league last year that lost only one starter and has the same coaching staff.

Thank you !!!! This offensive line is young and just getting their feet wet. When they start to gel, they’ll get better. Plus they went up against arguably the best defense in the NFL. Y’all know what’s funny, folks saying the Giants offensive line is so terrible be the same one to make excuses for Tom Brady & the Bucs aka the team everyone is crowning the SB champs lol.

It should have been way worse. The fact we were even in that game at all is a good enough sign.

Not only that Steelers have the same coaching staff & system for 14 years with minimal loss of talent by free agency. These kids played a heck of a game thought they were robbed on two calls DJ hand was hit he fumbled the ball a Gates recovered it and got in the endzone DJ hand was not even moving foward he had a open hand it was a fumble but called incomplete nobody challenged it.

totally agree. I love this guy since first word he said. he came into that 1st press conference like a tornado and blew all our heads away. like way he had team compete. that said dont expect these moron fans around here to have patience EVER WITH ANYONE.

@Geoffrey Kelly some people are just natural leaders of men. That’s why in my opinion the QB is such an important position. If your guys believe in you they will run through a wall. I think when you have such a large team you have to navigate multiple cultures, mindsets and beleif systems. When you support them all and the players know you have their back tjats a powerful thing to me.

Yeah even tho we lost I have a lot of confidence in him and our guys that we will finally get it together soon

It does not feel different at all. The Steelers showed some rust at the beginning of the game. Once they knocked off the rust in that second half we got torched. I hate to be the pessimist, but I’m not ready to get my hopes up just to feel the overwhelming stress, that comes with being a giants fan in recent years, in return.

Mike pain new coaching staff and shortened preseason (with no preseason games), and playing against an experienced team with a consistent coaching staff for over a decade now. I’m not saying get your hopes up because I’ve been a giants fan my whole life too (I get it…) but there was a lot to take away from this game especially given the circumstances of the season and the quality of the Steelers as a team. Time will tell but I personally feel pretty good about what the future could look like after last night. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Mike pain we were in the game basically up until Jones’ red zone turnover that was easily a winnable game. Also bradberrys forced fumble could’ve shifted momentum giants were close until 4th. Yea the team didn’t play how we expected but few plays go our way and we’re in the game in those final minutes

@Jake Preston The defense only looked good when the steelers were rusty. The offensive line has no awareness. There was one point of the game where one of the tackles were facing backward LOL. Ill say Andrew Thomas was great and held down his part, but the rest cant do anything for saqoun. And tbh saqoun has a blocking issue also.
