Jets are the worst team in the league!!!! All they have is excuses after every game. Same old crap.
I just think there’s a fine line between being really good and being really bad. And it doesn’t take much to become really bad while it takes a series of things going right to become really good. Good QB play is only the beginning of that. Calling the right play, reading the right defense, blocking the right guy, running the right route, accurate throws/adjustments on the fly, and catching the ball (which should be the easiest of all for these guys, but apparently not). They have no playmakers to overcome any miscue in this. Their best two can’t get on the field. But Gase should be gone anyway.
@MoMoMyPup10 I agree with everything you’re saying. I’m just so tired of hearing at the end of every game the coach seems to make excuses and I always seem to say well we practice real good all week long but there’s a difference between practice and an actual game but you’re playing another team and for the longest time this team can never stand up to any other team.
@Steven Hammel copy and paste to any losing team in the league Steve. They all say the same thing. They can’t hang themselves by admitting complete and total failure. It’s a good idea to not watch pressers – totally useless.

I honestly see some improvement. But it’s the little things that need to be work on and things will look better he’s scrambling a little more that’s a plus. But defense and oline have to step it up

@Christopher-and-Woody Johnson. You guys BETTER get the next head coaching hire right! I’ve never been so angry and ashamed as a Jets fan in my life. I watched Sam Darnold get destroyed behind a terrible offensive line with no receivers. I’ve watched him regress with Gase before my eyes, including on plays where HE’S NOT ALLOWED TO CALL AN AUDIBLE, as our FRANCHISE QUARTERBACK! (disgraceful) I’ve watched him get injured and then put back into a game, while then sitting out the following week’s game (terrible coaching management, disgraceful). I’ve watched zero accountability from the coaching staff. I’ve watched a terrible GM spend record amounts in free agency on Running Backs and Middle Linebackers, all while COMPLETELY DENYING THE OFFENSIVE LINE, to be fired IMMEDIATELY AFTER HIS DRAFT AND FREE AGENCY PERIOD… I’ve watched and listened to YOU, the owners, DEFEND YOUR ATROCIOUS COACH who is RUNNING OUR FRANCHISE QUARTERBACK INTO THE GROUND. I’ve listened to Darnold, who sounds shell shocked, loose confidence in himself, his abilities, and his team. And I watched MY FAVORITE TEAM hire a coach from the Miami Dolphins who was FIRED for being a bad coach, having failed on several levels, after having several former players call him out as a terrible coach and leader, including our former #1 player on the team. DISGRACEFUL. AND I’ve seen several former-Gase players FLOURISH with new coached. AND I’ve witnessed ownership strip GM’s and coaches of their power, requiring Matt Rhule to take on coordinators of the owner-and-GM’s decision, not a decision of the coach, whom we coveted, who by the way is killing it in Carolina. And I’ve watched fans turn on Joe Douglas and media question him, when HE DOESN’T EVEN HAVE POWER OVER THE COACH. GIVE THE MAN POWER. CHANGE THE OPERATING STRUCTURE.
You, the owners, should be ashamed of yourselves. SELL THE TEAM. EMPOWER YOUR GM TO RUN THE SHOW. AND HOLD YOUR COACHES ACCOUNTABLE! I guess that’s difficult when you have no accountability as an owner.
Please, Jets fans, if you feel the same way, consider copy-pasting this message on all New York Jets videos. I’m sick and tired of this garbage and justifying awfulness. I’m hoping-and-faithful Joe Douglas can turn this around with time, IF ownership doesn’t get in the way. Because you, the owners, have proven to be nothing but terrible. I AM SICK OF IT!
