This is the perfect example of a “good loss” for the jets
There are no good losses for the Jets as they aren’t supposed to be a rebuilding team. The good losses for the Jets were at the end of the 2018 season when Sam Darnold was balling even though they lost, now that’s a good loss for an upstart building team. Gase was supposed to take the Jets from a mediocre team racking up good losses to a real contender. Instead he went 1-8 and now 0-10. There is no silver lining, and it increasingly feels like Lawrence isn’t coming out. There are no good losses at this point for the Jets

@Lucas R yea with the roster they started with both this year and last year absolutely. The team was trending upward at the end of 2018. Never even got off the ground in 2019. Then the repeat of Miami began with Gase jettisoning all the best players who disliked him and bringing in his guys like frank gore. Gase = locker room wrecking ball

Tua played well for what he was given, receivers weren’t getting open and the line collapsed. His minor injury also wasn’t his fault, he got tackled in a really ugly way. Lucky nothing worse happened
