This organization has been very disappointing this year but my hope for us being a contender with the likes of the chiefs and bills is still high we just have to put all the pieces together. We have all the weapons to be an elite team we just have to stop having so many injuries. I think that problem stems back to the strength and conditioning coach. We need a new one. Just my take

The offense as a whole is not what was to be expected. It’s clear we still don’t have a std receiver, as most of them couldn’t catch aids in a sleazy whorehouse. The offensive line has been absolute garbage for a decade and a half if not longer, why Denver can’t figure the o-line out is beyond me. And Russ HAS to play better. We’re nowhere close to the two teams atop the league, we all believed we were a QB away but we need receivers.
Let’s finish the season on a high note. Make the most out of it coach

@Ven Tarfield I would definitely say any 1st year coach replaced in season is a panic hire 😂 but as much as it hurts I’ll still be rooting for the broncos
Chiefs and Chargers can’t rest starters (at least I don’t think) so these next two games will say a lot about how this team will function moving forward

This is the type of coach we need going forward. He’s passionate about his job and players but won’t let them run the asylum.
Hackett when he was hired was overly friendly. It’s like I didn’t take him serious as a guy who could make the hard tough decisions. I did think the players would like him as a person he seemed like a good drinking buddy but that’s it.
I wanted to see if he was that same jolly jolly guy when if the losing started and Hackett just seemed out of his element. I loved this presser and the difference is night and day between Hackett and Jerry
I like this guy. If by some miracle this dude happens to pull this off, he’s the man for the job. If he can get this team to win these last 2 games when this team is in shambles on all sides of the ball, on and off the field, hire him immediately.

When you listen to this guy’s demeanor (and I had to look him up on wiki because I had no idea who he was), it’s a striking difference to his predecessor. Nathaniel looked like he was lost and never looked the part. He never inspired confidence. Even his introductory presser was more a dud. This man speaks with elegant aplomb and doesn’t have to boast. You can just feel he knows WTF he’s talking about. So ……. the question for Patton …. wtf didn’t you interview this guy? Or at least have him as part of your “interview team”? Credit to Patton for bringing him in the turn off the fire but man …… how could he, knowing how a true leader directs, hire THAT guy? …….
@Uso Penitentiary That’s not a bad idea. I wish they’d kept Bissachia at least as ST coach this year, but that is water under the bridge. I think McDaniel missed the boat. Their defense was also FAR better under the last DC.
