It shouldn’t be. He averaged 16.5 yards his rookie year with 3 TDs on 52 catches and 856 yards without camps and preseason.
@DVDPRFCT great stats to note for sure. However he’s a first round WR from one of the best WR classes in the last 25 years. He’ll always be measured against that group (fair or not). Even prior to his injury last year, he has regressed from the level you mentioned and you can’t tell me he was playing to the level expected of him. Granted he had horrendous QB play, but so did the others. Not bashing the guy at all, I’m pulling for him. But can you honestly say he’s been to the standard that was expected?
