Jeff Saturday | Kicking the Stigma

Indianapolis Colts Ring of Honor center Jeff Saturday describes how mental health has affected his family and the strength it took for his loved ones to ask for help and seek treatment.

The Colts and the Irsay family has launched Kicking the Stigma, a comprehensive initiative to raise awareness about mental health disorders and to remove the shame and stigma too often associated with these illnesses.
