I started watching football 20 years ago (Young in football years lol)
But the mid 2000’s colts were my foundation. I live in NYC and for years i felt let down by the colts bc of the way the Dynasty ended.
This win meant something for me.

I’m a die hard Raider fan, but I respect Saturday and this opportunity with all years he played for past coaches to keep their jobs by being a hall of fame center. At expense of my team tonight and in years he played. He was on ESPN and now a HC because of his experience period.

Not only happy for Saturday but hoping this loss means we get McDaniels OUT quicker. Poor Davante really almost put the team on his back too
@Brady Hayes facts, we should’ve run it back with Bissaccia who had team playing together. Especially if Carr is playing out contract and retiring. McDaniels can’t even get us play calls to set up to settle for FGs in red zone which was supposed reason for letting last uears years coaches go. π

@I’M WARNINGYOU The raiders have a bill cowher approved coach, so it shouldn’t matter how good or bad the raiders are. Saturday just proved nepotism has ruined coaching in the NFL. Irsay could have just greatly improved the league.

Man what a difference it was in this game. Going back to Matty ice was awesome love Sam cause heβs been through a lot but Matt with time can still sling it..We also saw a team that wanted to win more than with a way better play calling. I know itβs just one game but Saturday sounds and looks like he could actually be the coach we needed!
Huge respect and admiration to this guy, from a Raiders fan. Jeff reminds me of a coach we had last year in Rich Bissacia, who motivated players and everyone played hard for and liked, but we fired to hire the high profile Josh McPatriot.
They shoulda kept bissacia the players loved playing for him you could clearly see it on the field. Huge huge mistake going for McDaniels

Firing Bissacia was a surprise when it happened, and it just looks worse and worse. You could SEE the guys played hard for him. He wasn’t a big name, but he got the guys to perform, and that is what should have mattered.
Rich may have been an adrenaline rush. But alot of times that doesnt carry over into the next season.
I didn’t have to stop watching this game out of disgust. I think that’s only the 2nd time all season. Great job Matt, JT, coach Saturday, and the rest of the guys.
So proud of my Colts and proud of Frazier and Saturday! Let’s execute at this level next week and get another W!
As a Lions fan the more Saturday was criticized, the more I was pulling for him and the entire team and their fans.

What a rollercoaster its been: switching QBs, trading Hines, new OC, new head coach.. all within a space of 3 weeks.

I love Coach so much. He’s so casual and affable, him on the sidelines gets me hyped, and I’m glad to see a guy just talk to the media without feeling cold, rehearsed, and scripted like Frank did. I hope Saturday earns the permanent job, he seems like the leader we need.

I didnβt recognize Saturday, heβs slimmed down so much from his playing days. Good for him, former linemen that carry that weight have a lot of health problems when theyβre still relatively young.
As a phenomenal starting center for as long as he did it, he knows both sides of the ball. Centers have to read the defense, they usually lead the offensive line so they know how to lead in the locker Itβs surprising more centers arenβt starting coaches.
NFL teams throw a lot of money and failure at college coaches, guys that were college quarterbacks at best, all kinds of people but never starting centers. Good for him, never heard anything but great stuff about Jeff Saturday. This is kind of fun and something to follow because itβs so different from the status quo.

All I expected this day was the Colts to be competitive. Today they balled out for 60 minutes. Jeff brought out the fire in these guys and I thank them for this happy Sunday!
