Patricia continues with the bigger players on defense, rather than speedy players. It’s clear he wants a big physical defense that will beat you up, but if they don’t get better pressure on the QB, this slower style will get carved up by good QB’s.

@MP WARD if we trade back it would all depend on how far we go but yes Simmons needs to be the primary target and I agree that NY could very well take him I also think Washington might , regardless dont see him making past 7 at most. And honestly I think if they can stay in the top 10 this year they can get some one they really like and I really think Kinlaw is number 2 on their board, the guy screams Patricia Dline to me. Now if we trade with jax and get both first 9 and 20 kinlaw at 9 and either wirfs or Ruggs would work for me. Taylor has put the ball on the ground to much for me and weaver doesn’t do enough for me . To me I’d rather have Chiasson at 20 or Baun at 35 has they are more well rounded players and can both get to the QB .Now if I was looking at a RB I’d aim for Dobbins at 35
But if a team like jax or even Vegas wants to move up it will cost more than both 1st has I dont think you can pass on grabbing Simmons cus he’s a unicorn and they are hard to find

I really like his size. He always seems to be where he needs to be.
Most of his highlights could have been called pass interference. Now that he’s a lions, the refs are not going to give him those breaks
Besides Okudah grabs on to receivers far to much for a team like the Lions who get bad calls at a suspicious rate for Lions even to consider..He had a crummy combine and has lacklustre speed..bad mistake
It’s interesting, in almost all these clips his been put in the correct position to make a play. I wonder how Patricia will use him? Definitely not as well
