You can tell that Jason is prepared to handle any circumstances that come his way! Whether it’s an injury, retirement, contract issue, etc., he knows exactly what he will do under those circumstances. He trusts his scouting staff, the trainers; he trusts his communication with the coaching staff, medical staff and the players. As good a GM there is in the league!
I’ll bet if Ryan Jensen’s knee injury is season ending, that Jason has already discussed what he will do and will get it done once he finds out. There’s no situation that this man is not equal to!
