Coming from an Auburn fan, I saw the potential in him before he signed at Auburn. However, the offense didn’t fit his skill set which made him look uncomfortable. He fits more of a Air Raid type of offense or a West Coast offense, not the run heavy offense at Auburn. I really see him being Brady’s backup for the time he’s got left. His arm talent is perfect. It’s his decision making is what’s going to make or break his career. #wareagle

This kid has a lot of potential, not a good system for him at Auburn, he deserves to be on a roster.
He’ll definitely make the roster with Etling gone now. I will even go as far to say he will take Hoyers spot at 2nd string if he keeps up his hard work.

After the debacle letting Garoppolo go it’s good to see we finally have a decent QB with high potential to take over Brady when/if he retires. The past two games he’s been on fire, especially getting us back in the game to win it against the titans.
