With how much of a travesty that Jim Irsay’s meddling has turned this team into, I cannot believe that Ballard has not resigned. IRSAY needs to have his name on these last two seasons.
He is declining rapidly from bad genetics and past drug use, and no one can say it to his face because he’s a billionaire. He never had the intelligence or ability to earn his own money, and now he is telling Chris Ballard how a team should be run.
Until Irsay steps away or dies, this team will not be great.

Like that Ballard is being honest with how he feels with results, but also conservative with things too. At the end of the day, he’s done good things and bad things through the years. He keeps it real for us. Look forward to seeing where things go from here.
