@LeftHanded04 Id honestly play him at RG this year. I believe he can play RT but for his roomie season he needs to be at RG. Playing RT is difficult there are alot good edge rushers that will give hime problem so i think RG would be better fit this year. Then we can ease him on in RT in the future once he’s gotten his foot wet in the NFL level.
@Taabu $$ so who are we starting at RT? Can’t be storm, he’ll lose us games single handedly. He just needs to anchor and buy Herbert 2.0 seconds of time before he gets beat by a move forcing Herbert to throw or slide in the pocket and never get beat inside at all costs. He’s a damn good player and was the LT for the champs in a loaded SEC
@Taabu $$ maybe we put pipkins in and give him a shot? I think Norton is best suited as a swing interior line option as he’s a mauler in the run game but can’t pass pro worth a damn. Left to right I’d like to see: slater, salyer, linsley, Johnson, feiler OR our current line but with zion and pipkins on the right side and see how that works against chandler jones. Maybe use mckitty to chip on the right side against elite edge players like jones and Crosby and everyone in our division.

You def can see the blueprint of guys Staley wants on this roster. Good men first. Can speak well and digest information at a professional level. It’s exciting man! To have/find guys that are good team guys really changes culture fast and at the end of the day that’s what we as Bolts fans want, change!

That dude is a dawg! With him coming from Georgia and playing against all those elite players on the defensive side of the ball everyday, I wouldn’t be surprised if he comes in and turns some heads. He may be the guy who gets Staley and TT to change their minds about keeping Feiler at LG. If they think Salyer can come in and play at a very high level and keep the play on the left side of the line at an elite level, then they may decide Feiler at RT next to Zion is what gives this team the best all around OL.

Man, there is something special about Zion and Jamaree that you can feel it from them beside being very smart, talented, well spoken young men. They just look more ready than most rookies I have seen and heard before. They both don’t sound like rookies. A young formidable OL that is built to be good for many years to come.
Really like this guy!! Love the tape Ive seen of him and I believe he will be starting this season. Not only that, you can tell he has the mindset and he will play at high level, and turn into an all pro for years!! Plus hes gonna have a chip on his shoulder. Dont be suprised if this guy excels even further than expected given his ceiling
Love all of this year’s lineman that we drafted They are look like they’re going to be immediate contributors for many years. Salyer comes from a winning program and played against the best. I think he will be a steal of the draft. Love his attitude and that he was the Captain at Georgia
