@Donovan S He doesn’t have to be on the run, he has a clean pocket. Even then, he has to throw it before he gets pressured. He sits in the pocket too long or gets rattled and leaves the pocket

Jalen has started 19 games including yesterday, he took a team from 4-11 to 9-8 and playoffs with a throw away against the Cowturds, Trevor Lawrence started 17 games and went 3-14, Carson Wentz 5th year played the entire season and missed the playoffs, Jalen basically just finished his rookie season, he said rightly “year 2 starts today” unlike the media clown said 3, he is the eagles future to anyone with a brain, he will get his long and over the middle throwing game together this off season, watch
@G that interception in the end zone was pretty bad. You know he has a weak arm because how he has to set his feet to throw. He can’t throw off his back foot

@G actually quez slowed down on one of those deep throws….i’m not sure if it was quez but i did see a play where one of the receivers slowed down…but i see this happen in lot of games with other teams……its more a miscommunication on the play

@Harry Pool people said the same thing about Josh Allen. Hurts is still so young. He can develop as a passer. He can develop the timing and anticipation. Give him an off-season of working on his mechanics and watch him grow. Dak had under 150 yards through three quarters and he got 75 mil this year. Jalen is still on his rookie contract. Give him time
@Ant hurts is bad at the deep ball because of timing and his mechanics. We’ve seen him drop the ball into tight windows before. He can do it. He just can’t do it consistently. Which is why we just need to give him time to develop
@HaloMediaRecords Exactly. Contract value doesn’t equate to how great of a QB you have. A lot of people seem to forget that. Allen, Mahomes, and Dak are the only QBs Mount over 40 mil this year. He’s not even close to the other two

I think that character is the most important thing, being a leader is about taking personal responsibility for the outcome and praising your teammates regardless. I cant wait to see that translate next season.

Really love what Hurts said about “only 1 teams season will end the way they wanted it to.” Great way to look at it. Sure we didn’t win a playoff game but the fact we had one is something to think about. Hurts has more playoff experience than Wentz and we were playing with house money

Eagles have a explosive offense all around if we had a elite QB we could easily be a 12 win team just from our offense. If you put goedert, devonta, and quez with any elite QB they all go for over 1000 yds. Not to mention we have one of the best olines in the league. I like hurts but you can’t win in the playoffs not being able to pass, we have lost every game vs good teams and every game where the team stops our run first and forces hurts to throw. I have mixed emotions about hurts and try to think of the upside he could have but I just can’t see it I think he will never develop into a pure passer that we will need and want him to be. Right now he is a 1 read QB who struggles to read defenses, decision making, and accuracy especially on deep balls. His leadership, work ethic, and running ability is elite but we definitely need to explore the QB market for someone else like Wilson, arod, or watson and if we can’t get anyone we like for the right price then have a open QB competition between hurts and minshew this off season.
Ant….Would New England, Pittsburgh, Arizona, Dallas and the 18 teams that didn’t make the playoffs have a explosive offense if they had a elite Quarterback?

This is who he is and who he’ll always be. The typical running QB that plays great one game and like crap the next. He’ll NEVER win a Superbowl and that’s all that matters
