Jalen Hurts: “Control What We Can” | Philadelphia Eagles Press Conference – FANTASY FOOTBALL FAN SITE
Real Truth Now

Jalen Hurts will never wow you with numbers and stats. But he has a little clutchness to him. He shows up when it matters most. He makes the plays when it matters most. His strengths will never show up in the stat sheets. What he has helps the team to win. He has a little clutch gene in him.

    Gaz Gallagher

I agree he’s so clutch but bro his stats r awesome too. Over 17 games hes on pace for 4K passing yards, 26 passing TDs, only 5 INTs n a 106.5 passer rating. Plus 750 rushing yards and 14 rushing TDs. My dude is on pace to score 40 times this year with 5 picks. That’s good stats

    Impact Saturdays

Great comment….his stats will continue to ascend as he continues his evolving process…
What I do like is his decision making and ability to anticipate throws is what has impressed me the most…
I agree he has the clutch instinct about him…always have since college…

    Winston Lunsford

Do you even watch football his stats are next level good why don’t you do some research on past qb’s in there third season

    Eagle40

@Gaz Gallagher Hurts is not on the same talent level as Brady, Allen, Rodgers, or Mahomes, However, he is consistent and a good leader in the clutch.

I doubt you see great stats from him but he can lead them to the next level.

The game against the Commanders, despite all odds this man could have earned that W. His teammates and coaches failed him though. Was he perfect? Absolutely not but he played enough to give the team a high chance of winning.

    The AJ rip away Interception
    The Quez Fumble
    Refball Dallas facemask

    Gannon playing way too soft

Atleast two of those turnovers could’ve ended in points.

FiringallCylinders

Best QB in the NFC right now. Ice in his veins.

Dude carried the team on his back in this game 💯

    AMANiNaWHALE

Really did. Never seen Philly do so many qb draws in one game before.

    VileSinner666

He really did. He put everything in his hands and ran down the field. Got us the game winning touchdown. Very thankful for him! 🦅

Kenneth Johnson

Hurts is definitely a true leader! 🦅

KRIT1986

That 4th down conversion let me know this man was not going to be denied

John Lancaster

The offense is putting too much on Jalen Hurts to win each game, other players need to pick it up and help him out.

    Anton

Fr, Jalen carried the whole offense, AJ Brown almost fumbled the game for them.

    Daquan McDonald

@Anton he did fumble funny part is the guy was right in front of him that was just goofy on AJ and He is a vet I was sick to my stomach

Kenzo Rome

Bro, this guy is not Mahomes, Josh Allen or of course Tom Brady but I just have so much confidence in him that he is going to make it happen. He is so far and away a better player than he was last year. I had questions about him just like all realistic Eagles fans he has answered all of those. I am all in on this kid. FLY EAGLES FLY BABY!!!! 🦅🦅🦅

    Eagle40

Hurts is good but not on the same talent level as Brady, Rodgers, Mahomes, or Josh Allen.

He has become more consistent making good decisions and being a good leader. Will he put up the numbers like Rodger or Brady did?
Probably not. But he is good enough to lead this team to new heights.

    jon mann

@Eagle40 Hurts is closer than you think. When there is a narrative pushed, things that go against said narrative is beyond comprehension. Besides having a slightly stronger arm, please tell me what Josh Allen does better than Hurts?

    Gordon Clark II

    @jon mann Facts.

    Gordon Clark II

And they are NOT Jalen Hurts.

    Mingo

I’m realistic fan and I did not have questions about a young QB that needed to mature to the NFL and gain his feet. I did not have questions to a young man who had never been in a offense two years in a row. A man who works tirelessly. A lot of you fans have unrealistic expectations for these young men. When you water a plant they sprout and this young man was given that chance.

Emma Jones

WITHOUT A DOUBT JALEN HURTS IS AN ALL AROUND FOOTBALL PLAYER, AN EXCELLENT QB, A STELLA LEADER, BRILLIANT PERSON, AND A GREAT LOVING HUMANITARIAN. THANK GOD FOR PLACING HIM WITH THE EAGLES!!! GO EAGLES….FLY TO VICTORY!!!

I got 99 problems but a QB ain’t one. Shoutout to Philly south jersey and his peeple out in Texas.

Randy McCall

Staying focused on your job. You philly eagles have a lot of work in front of your destination and just stay focused. Love you eagles

Marcus Myers

This guy can potentially win multiple superbowls in Philly if he stays healthy and the team keep getting better around him

    Thomas Loomis

I firmly believe he can be a Hall of Fame QB.

Reverend Bebop

As humble as Jalen is, c’mon man, you took the game over.

Shawn Sunderland

hurts soooo good🦅

milessandersisabeast 26

I’m not seeing the high powered offense we been swing like what happen was there a fight in the locker room like this is crazy back to back to games penalties the fumbles just nasty gameplay we didn’t look like a 9-1 team at all we did look better defensive but secondary is gone like what happen to this team let’s get back to the standard

Alayna B

The way you guys came back shows you always try!! 🦅💚 GO BIRDS

Ancestry
