Because bandwagons and shannahan got scared after they lost a AFC championship game (which wasnt even his fault, the line played terrible that game and so did the defense, also people tend to forget the man played with the flu during that game js..) to a Good Pittsburgh defense at the time and after that they benched him for Cutler and missed the Playoffs. #Worst mistake Denver made

I thought that Jake was fun to watch. He was also easy on the eyes!! Easily our best LOOKING QB! Just sayin’……. 😊
Wow there is always that guy who finds the negative in everything. Here’s some knowledge for the stats guy: Dude won games, he had the intangibles, and played with heart. I suggest you check the game film, Jake was a winner.

@Jeremiah Would you say the same for Tebow? Just curious. I personally would although Jake had better mechanics for sure they both won games and got us into the playoffs.

Yes Jakes advice is don’t smoke weed so if you make it to the afc championship game game you can hold on to the ball and be able to tell your players from the other teams.

I Love Jake Plummer. All he did as a Bronco QB was win 75% of his games. That’s 12 – 4 people. Shanny panicked after the loss to Pittsburgh. Last time I checked, Jake the Snake did not play defense? This was one decision I disagreed with Shanny on by drafting Jay Cutler and I was right! Thanks for the memories Jake and good luck to Drew Lock this year!

I hadn’t really thought about it before, but Lock probably shares more in common with the Snake than other Bronco Q’s since Elway. I was a little flabbergasted when they sat Jake down for Cutler. Winner vs. NOT . I remember telling my brother, (also a huge Broncos fan) “Jay giveth, and Jay taketh away”. I said” I don’t think he’ll ever change, we should have kept Jake”.
