I’m ready for a player to finally say “I don’t give a damn about the star, I don’t care that I was drafted by the cowboys. I’m not starstruck. This team has been losing for almost 30 years and I’m here to work to change that”. Or something along those lines. It’s bold, and some may receive it as disrespect, but phuck em. That player will have MY respect because he’s serious about winning and not being part of some crappy tradition of not being enough
