This chargers team seems better than their record. Played so well against the chiefs and Bucs, and both of those teams look like super bowl contenders right now.

@Mark Nethercutt Herbert consistently throws for 300+ yards and 3+ touchdowns a game, and has outdueled 3 HOF quarterbacks in his first 5 starts in the NFL, and I still find you in every comment section hating on him. He is no doubt the ROY, and a future star (if he isn’t already) in the NFL. Keep hating on Herbert… he’ll just prove you wrong week after week.
@Los Angeles Chargers Clips Some people really gotta learn to eat their words huh. I wasn’t big on Herbert coming out of college. As a Dolphins fan, I wanted us to take the risk on Tua because I felt like there were a lot of mechanical things Herbert wasn’t doing efficiently, seemed to struggle throwing screens and swings, looked like he struggled reading defenses at times. I’m still big on Tua and I think he’ll be a massive success for us but GOD DAMN is Justin Herbert making me munch on what I was spitting about him a few months ago.
Big respect to Green for holding on to that pass. Hope he gets better.

@Sports Bros Facts. A lot of people also wrote him off just because he played in the PAC-12. What casuals don’t know about Justin Herbert is that he has a very strong mental frame and knows how to persevere when facing adversity.

@Zain Wafa Burrow has stronger weapons? Please remind us of who they are? A.J green is washed, John Ross hasn’t done anything since he was drafted and he wants to be traded. Tee Higgins is good but he definitely isn’t considered a weapon yet

I love the fact that Justin Herbert is balling out when everyone assumed he was terrible pick and they should have kept rivers. Yet in every game Justin has played he fought every single game to win even with little to no time left he still plays like savy vet who’s been in the league for years. He’s cleaned up his mistakes and like any good quarterback he makes the players around him better which is why he’s scoring touchdowns to guys that aren’t starters and making them look better and making them play better which is what you expect from great quarterbacks.
