Another blocking TE and to draft over Brevin Jordan, smh. I really don’t like the fact that Urban only drafted players he’d recruited even if there seemed to be a better player available. Here we can draft this TE out of Miami who’s in everyone’s consensus top 5 for the position or this kid from OSU who most people have ranked around 15. Urban- “Which did I recruit”? James O’Shaughnessy, Chris Manhertz and Luke Farrell how exciting 🙁 we’ll be playing alot of 4 WR and 2 RB sets.

@jags2riches if you watch Urbans offense at Ohio St, he doesn’t use TEs in the passing game a whole lot. He uses them as lead and key blockers for running. Why? Because he knows that TEs can get out into space and make key blocks for RB or WRs in space. Everyone wants a receiver as a TE, but Luke is willing to do the dirty work to help give others space and room to make plays. He’s the type of player you want a new head coach drafting to help turn a franchise around.
