Shiela is very smart, very competitive. She knows what it takes to build a championship team. Patience is key. She gave MCDC & BH a six year contract as a sign of faith and to acknowledge the reality of the task. Very impressed with Shiela Hamp.

    Idk if you can say she Knows. But I do think she understands that what they did wasn’t going to be immediate improvement especially when key players are injured.

    @Timothy Drummond I think she knows…..she competed at a very high level in women’s tennis. That took a huge amount of training and dedication. And in her impromptu presser she pretty much repeated what Killer Kowalski said years ago about setbacks on the bumpy road to the post season and Super Bowl.
