Flacco is a temporary back up for this year and maybe next… Streveler has already proven in the preseason that this game is not too big for him and he also plays strong when behind in the 4th quarter…

    Lived in Ohio all my life as a Jets fan. Today was my very first NFL game at 27. We left when Chubb scored his third td. That was the last play we seen, we didn’t see the missed extra point. We get about a block away from the stadium and I see a guy wearing a Buckeye Hat and a Jets Jersey with about 3 other jet buddies of his. Being a buckeye and a Jet I thought I’d dap him up and tell him well get em next time. As soon I told him that he said dude the game isn’t over we’re only down by 6 and had the game pulled up on his phone. We all started to get excited and a little loud. Out of nowhere all the Jets fans in the crowd gathered around us watching one guys little phone. Went from 5 of us roughly to about 20 Jets fans huddled around one guy. Being from Ohio I’ve only met one or two Jets fan in my life. When garret scored we all jumped and screamed and there was Strangers hugging strangers, chest bumps, high fives with actual Jet fans. I’ve never had a better NFL sunday. Watching the mass confusion in the crowd was truly special after listening to so much heckling on my way out of the stadium. I’d tell you about it in person… but I have no voice. GO JETS

    Yeah this kid is going to be special, I liked how after he was hurt, he came back, that never happens with the Jets… finally, they need to reel him in a little bit, that catch he made on the Brown’s sideline was huge, but you can’t taunt them, some refs could’ve gave him a penalty for that, and wiped out a good reception.

Nice win. Now we know that Cory Davis, if there’s nobody within 20 yds, he’s standing still, with his back to the EZ (no distraction) CAN actually catch a football. We also found out that at least one of our Wilsons seems to be the real thing. I don’t remember the last time I was so happy with a WR. And I still think Braden Mann is one of our better players. But, folks, seriously: the Browns missed an EP and I don’t know what their defense was doing in the final 2 minutes. The Jets succeeded on an onside kick, and we know the analytics percentages for that to happen. All in all, I’m not super happy they were down 2 scores late in the 4th quarter and it took a good roll (for a change) from the Football Deities for them to win.

I’ve been a fan since 1969. Six years old. I watched that Super Bowl with my Dad, rest his soul, and I’ve been watching ever since. Lived through the Mudd Bowl, The Fake Spike, The Buttfumble, all of it. We’ve had some good teams.
