I’m Sam, a Chiefs fan from Omaha NE that listens every week, but on this Denver week I’m thinking of my step-nephew in Lebo KS who is a big Chiefs fan despite the fact that his dad is a Broncos fan all the way. I’ve had to stop myself from sending him buckets of KC merch just to bother his dad 😂

I have been a Chiefs fan for more than 50 years. I live 1,500 miles away from Arrowhead. So I finally got to go to Arrowhead on that Thursday Night game in 2015 against Denver. Arrowhead was amazing but it was a disappointment to see the Chiefs lose. Hoping to get back to Arrowhead again at some point. GO CHIEFS!!! GO CHIEFS KINGDOM!!!

“It’s Doncos week” My favorite donkey game was with Montana throwing a last second touchdown to win at Mile High in 1994. AMAZING GAME!!!!

This a personal truth for me– there is no team I enjoy beating MORE than the Denver Broncos.. The Raiders are a relatively close 2nd.. But I live in the far Northwest corner of kansas, 40 miles from the Colorado border, and its basically Broncos territory.. Its like I’m basically behind enemy lines… So beating them always feels good.
My worst memory of a Broncos game, was when I was still YOUNG… It was the mid-late 90s, and Denver beat KC late in the season, IN arrowhead, on a last second 50-something yard field goal by Jason Elam.. That tore my heart out as a young fan…
But I have so many great memories too!!! That last game Peyton Manning played against us was amazing!!! 5 picks!!! Eric Berry was my favorite player and he finished the game off with one.. Patrick Mahomes first career start, where he won IN denver with all of our backups!! The left handed throw game the next year!!! Dante Hall had several amazing moments against Denver.. But my family went to the game on Christmas a couple years ago, in Arrowhead.. 15th row, 50 yard line.. The dontari Poe passing TD game!!! Man… That was one of the funnest moments of my life.

It’s Donkey Week! I’m glad Matt mentioned that Denver game where Elway couldn’t hear! That will be a great memory of mine for the rest of my life. I don’t know if you mentioned it (sorry, I skipped ahead) but, the Dante Hall return should have been mentioned if it wasn’t. I was at that game and that return was the most exciting play I have EVER seen!!! G O C H I E E E E E F S ! ! ! ! !

I was at the game when JC fumbled the ball. I was like no way I didn’t see that JC never fumbles but still had a great time and most of my family was there some aren’t with us anymore but will not forget it. Arrowhead was rocking and I couldn’t talk for a week after the game. LOL
