Luckily, Melvin Gordon and Phillip Lindsey are exceptional player’s! Melvin had been the whole San Diego offense no crap he is mad! Give Melvin the ball!
As good as melvin and phillip are, we cant be a run team, not with the very young and talented receiving core we have, we have to be a balanced offense

We expect Von Miller to stop whining about being triple teamed this year! Von Miller cant depend on the other members of the defense to show up! Von Miller still needs to try to make a play and show up! What, Von cant beat a triple team? Von can easily beat triple teams when he decides to show up!

First, I have NEVER heard Von “whine” about anything, not even being held and certainly not being double teamed or chipped. Other teams know he can destroy an offense so they do everything they can to keep him from doing that. We faced a lot of teams with QBs that would rather throw the ball away or go to a check down than be sacked by Von Miller. But—and this is the second point—stats should that he still had QB pressures and forced incompletions at the same rate he has before. You are wrong to suggest that Von was not “showing up” last year. Oh, and third, he was learning Fangio’s defense. Learning new concepts can make players a step slower because they have to think more rather than react instinctively. You will see Von perform at an elite level this year, not because he wasn’t trying before, but he a) understands the defense better; b) has more help with the guys in our front 7; c) has a determined passion to be better than he’s been. Will Von’s elite play translate into more sacks for him? But whatever other teams do to try and stop Von, will open up opportunities for the other guys, so expect sacks to be up for the TEAM. After all, this is a team sport.
