Is Brock Purdy HIM? – FANTASY FOOTBALL FAN SITE
Bilal Aslam

Dolphins wish they had that Brock instead of Osweiler

    WildThing99

    Don Bergeron

49ers_red_and_gold2

He is looking good. Getting the ball out quick 🤩

    Tellmemoreplease

    i agree. Marino speed.

    Treaac

@Eythora_24 brock purdy is good… niners will be fine

    Eythora_24

@Treaac Just hear me out Treaac…….. If Purdy does good against the Bucs this weekend scoring points WITHOUT our defense help…… then I’ll worry less. But if we lose to the Bucs that’s pretty much a wrap for our season. Rookies are rookies no matter who they are. I pray

    jcwynn

@Eythora_24 might wanna walk back on that statement

    Eythora_24

@jcwynn BANG BANG NINER GANG….. he actually is Purdy GOOD. Ok we might have a strong fighting chance 🙂

Lycan4647

He sure does throw a Purdy ball 😎

    Phil Mickelson’s calves

    @Anthony Oweird

    Anthony O

@Phil Mickelson’s calves Naw ur avi is just weird. A man (probably) obsessed with another man’s calves lol

    Eskew Roberts

Not as good as the Purdy Relevant joke
    But solid

    Potato Avacadonion

@Eskew Roberts all the jokes are Purdy good and some are more Purdy than the others, but of is right Purdy throws a Purdy ball

    Epic Nature

he also got a Purdy mouth

sid monge

What’s crazy is this is how shannahans offense is meant to work

    T.O.P.

What’s even more crazy is how every coaches offense is meant to work 🤣 vague coment

    Ady N

@drxpped nah.. it’s actual verifiable facts.. Stop making excuses for the 1st rd pick cap space. Niners have history of drafting poorly, take Alex Smith instead of Aron Rodgers. lol

    King Uub

exactly i could throw the football back there 🤣

    Jordan Johnson

    Nah. Not crazy. /

    KooAla7926

Purdy is jimmy g before the acl

dredhead117

I dunno if he’s HIM, but 2 TDs in a win is a pretty good thing to have in his first NFL start

    Boutabag

Not a start but yes good start for his career

    Random White Dude

Start or not a start doesn’t matter. He played the whole game with exception of one drive. He did so without preparing as a starter in a high pressure game with a hot team that is loaded with former 49er talent.

    GachaJunky

    He’s definitely HIM! Bet.

    Jonathan Guzman Aldapa

nick mullens had 3 TDs and won his game 34-3 how’d that end

    GachaJunky

@Jonathan Guzman Aldapa against what team? I forgot

Jack Swagger

Enough to make an iowa state fan shed a tear

    Random White Dude

I’m a hawks fan but I’ll admit to being jealous over Purdy.

SonnyVTSAX

He looks comfortable out there, get rid of the ball short and medium ranges and let the playmakers get more yards after catches, smart plays.

Julian Ruvalcaba

You know this team trusts this young man when one of the greatest linemen in NFL history is hyped and head butting the rookie QB

Christopher Dillman

0:04 – Big boy throw right there. Can’t wait to watch this kid for the rest of season. #GoNiners

    s3nz3i millyun

This was my favorite throw of his. He knew exactly which pass rusher was going to get him, got it out quick, took the hit and delivered a straight up dime on 3rd and 10.

    Steven Schiro

That was my first “Woah” moment. Not sure many others make that through

leon p

Purdy is pretty accurate, hits the target most of the time, can extend plays, makes good decisions with the ball when passing. Just need to protect ball more when a lineman is gonna sack him or tackle him. He also needs to work on scrambling tho when edge rushers chase him. He has like a 67%+ completion rate. Purdy can develop into a good player.

Rafi Hidayat

No wonder Shanahan doesn’t want to miss any chances to draft him. Fitting well with Shanahan’s system

Christian Bandzzz

As Scared as I am with jimmy out And I will be honest brock played pretty well ran the ball knows how’s to look around and make sure he hits his weapons.I watched him at practice at the training camp and I think everybody is gonna train him well and push him hard enough he can shock the world maybe this year. It’s Takeover time Brock 🤞🏽❤️💛

Aaron Sondag

I’m a huge iowa state fan and I said that when the 49ers drafted him he went to the best place possible for his skill and that he would be much better then people thought. You guys got a steal with him! I was hoping my broncos would draft him.

Yac Rcbb

He uses his shorter arm reach to his advantage. He gets that ball out real quick and accurate. He might not be a deep ball thrower but that’s not shanahans offense anyway. I hope he continues this because it’s his turn now. He won niner faithfuls trust

spikesmth

I was definitely impressed with the performance Sunday. But, everyone needs to cool their jets. 2 TDs will win you some games, but this one was 90% on the defense. MIA offense had an uncharacteristically bad game on their own, and the defense made it worse. I am very hopeful for Purdy’s talent, and he def proved himself in a debut, but we haven’t seen him weather the tides of tough games for any stretch of season. I don’t doubt he can do it, but I have to see it. Seems like we Faithful get on such hype trains about every new quarterback, and Jimmy was the closest thing but we all know he “aint it.”

VVS HD

Kid looked good. Throwing with anticipation. That’s a tough trait to dig into a young QB and he already has it.

Dave Skolnick

Brock reminds me of a very young Montana. Quick release, good vision, but with a stronger arm. And no I’m not saying he’s as good as Joe (at this point) but the the skills are there. He never should have been passed up in all the rounds, but Joe Montana and Tom Brady were both late round picks! The late rounders and undrafted, don’t have the pressure and expectations the 1st and 2nd round QBs have, so they have nothing to lose and just soak up the advice and mentoring from those around them!

GO BROCK PURDY!

LETS GO NINERS!

T.O.P.

Certainly been on point with the offense and timing and finding the open receiver. Let’s see how well the new guy adapts when defenders start to figure him out. Can he adjust and find a way to win?

Qexoe

I just wanna see him air one out to Danny gray for a huge TD, the rookie to rookie connection would be crazy because I thought Gray looked amazing in preseason as well.

TheGoldbergGuy

Literally the same way Iowa State’s offense worked the last 2 years he was in school: great run game combined with mostly short passes and scrambling on occasion when he needs to, with a star TE and 1-2 really good receivers as the main passing targets
