Don’t commit crimes. Seems like he’s learned his lesson and won’t rip someone off again. People like Art Schlichter are the reason why States have 3 strike laws for non violent criminals. if you don’t know the story of Art Schlicter , I highly encourage you research him. Credit card fraud is not a victimless crime. You damage the credit and reputation of the person whose identity you have stolen.
