Unless they keep meticulous notes on which player is in on every practice snap and position (which I assume someone is doing), I don’t know how they can evaluate individual players, even on tape. It also means there is no player personnel adjustments if a position coach wants to see a particular player in a drill or snap that the player was not originally assigned. Honestly, I don’t know how they did it, but they must have a way of tracking each one.

Have a question…is anyone well versed in Earl Thomas’ history? Is his “issues” just a couple of minor things recently, or has he been trouble his entire career? I seem to remember him being on the Seahawks successfully for years without any problems. But, I don’t know enough about him to know one way or th other. If it is just a couple of blips RECENTLY, maybe the Cowboys need to give him a short term chance. Cowboys have needed help at safety for a very long time, and it is getting frustrating!!!

    He had no problems until ravens it was contract with Seahawks. It’s the coach that don’t want him. Its ego thing Earl Thomas name to big of they win he don’t want people saying it’s because earl. Because the talk will be how earl came here and change the secondary mind set. He want it to be all about coaches getting the credit What locker room chemistry can he mess up on a 8-8 team with a patched up secondary. Some coaches don’t like high profile stars.

    Xziler8 players fight in training from pee wee league so that’s no reason. Any true football player will tell you that so in that case Irving and deon should have been released then. He missed assignments in practice he he take risk for picks wow but what did he miss in games. But Ok he had one bad relationship with a team not a fit . So just cause someone had one bad marriage does that mean they can’t have great one with right person. Let’s see do Poe griffin sounds as big a ET do Poe or griffin has a super bowl ring or was the leader of a legendary defensive group legion of boom they are star names not super star like ET
