@TheDudeMan. Feel like? How about smell like? The losing players must be excreting stinky wet farts in the locker room after this one. The shower stall must be brown with liquid turds and brown chunks being washed down the drain. Utterly gassed!
@Christopher Florio. True. Hard to be a defense player these days. But, we do like high scoring games. That is why not many people enjoy watching a soccer match. Zero points scored. Ending decided by a penalty kick. Boring. As boring as watching a baseball no hitter being thrown.
Manning would have had this team in the playoffs. Luck as well. Matt ryan has put on one of the worst performances at qb since curtis painter in 2011.the number of fumbles and ints and leading the colts to one of the wirst scoring offenses in franchise history.
@Eduard Siger I wouldn’t say Ryan was ever a great QB but he has been very good.
He’s had one Super Bowl appearance where, once they had that big lead over New England, had they used up the clock by running just a little bit more, they’d have probably won.
At this late stage in his career, I think he needs a lot of high quality parts around him to succeed – and at Indianapolis, high quality parts have become too few & far between.

Dude the Colts had so many chances to just run down the clock and win the game. They could have even let the Vikings score a TD in between drives.

This was the crazy game ever from having 33-0 in the first half and then coming back with a 36-36 and tied the game to overtime and then a flip up punts and then a field goal with 7 seconds left and won the game 39-36 and this was insane with the largest craziness comeback of year and they have clinched the NFC North now this is crazy because the Minnesota Vikings just wanted it today in the 2nd half because it been the longest game of year and the Minnesota Vikings almost had a interception by Camryn Bynum and he was very close and couldn’t get there in time. What a crazy greatest comeback in the NFL History.

The whole stadium singing along to Donāt Stop Believing in the final 2 minutes of regulation sums up the entire Vikings season, and history. This is one of most passionate and driven teams of all time. I hope they win the super bowl. Kirk deserves it. The O-line deserves it. The fans need it.

That’s coaching right there. For you to be getting blown out 33-0 at the half, and convince those men that they can still go out and win that game and have them fully buy into it? Great coaching.
Arguably itās his lack of coaching experience that got us into that situation in the 1st place. 2 missed 4th down conversions inside our own 40 in the 1st half. A pick 6, a Dalvin cook fumble. A blocked punt. If you ask me? The colts werenāt beating the Vikings 33-0. The Vikings were beating the Vikings 33-0.
Koc has to figure out how to get this team ready for kick off regardless of what time or day of the week kick off might fall on. We got lucky this time, that the colts arenāt the cowboys.
@RichĆ rd Therichard not really dude. A lot of the first half was just a lack of execution and mistakes. Like Reagor making the wrong cut for the pick 6. Miscommunications left and right. Go back and watch the film. Ive already watched the game twice. Yeah coaching wasn’t great in first half of course, u can argue he shouldn’t have gone for it on 4th down those two times but he was trying to swing momentum. Also it only costed us 3 points. Our guys just were not executing, period. KOC clearly instilled belief in these guys when down 33. Which is amazing. Its unfair to say hes to blame for the first half.. i do agree that KOC called a terrible game against the Lions. But the gameplan against colts wasnt bad. Execution was embarrassing
Going for it twice early when the ball is still in your territory was bad coaching. Doing a trick play on first down inside the 5 yard line last weekend was bad coaching. Playing cover 6 with a 3-4 shell 80% of the time when the offense keeps running seam routes and post corner routes is bad coaching. And Iām a die hard Vikings fan. Keep it simple and we wonāt be in these situations. Problem solved!

I got to the stadium at half time, we were debating turning around listening to the game on the radio on the drive out there. I seriously want to hear from the people who were all leaving and angry as we got there, they missed history and there were sooooo many of them, frustrated, saying the game was over. I can only imagine how much more frustrating it must be knowing you left early, missing Vikings and NFL history being made, I wish I would have recorded the walk to the stadium at half time, so many angry people leaving.

WOW. Watched the whole 2nd half and still couldn’t believe this comeback after the game. My dad said to me he’d watched the oilers vs bills playoff game with the 32 point comeback and he said i could tell my kids about this and then maybe someday they could witness a comeback like this and tell their kids and so on… This was such an insane game…

Kirk has changed. He used to be fickle. But you canāt engineer the greatest comeback in NFL history in one half of football as an average QB. Itās time Kirk gets the respect he deserves.
1) he has a cannon for an arm and heās accurate.
2) heās smart and he can read a defense.
3) he isnāt mobile but give him 3 seconds in the pocket and HE WILL carve you to pieces.
4) he leads a LOT of game winning come backs.
5) he is DURABLE. He was sacked 7 times this game, multitudes the last few games and he keeps on getting up and up and up. We may take for granted how seemingly indestructible he really is.
And the most important asset he has that he never seems to get enough credit for –
6) HE HAS HEART AND HE JUST WONT QUIT.
bottom line – heās developing into a legendary QB.

The comeback was insane, but the fact that they had to come back from being down 33-0 *to the Colts*, of all teams….not a good sign. Indy is the worst offense in the league. Their average PPG is 16 & change. They put up twice their average PPG against the Vikes *in the first half alone*. Play that poorly against any of the other playoff-bound teams and they’ll be on their couches for the rest of post. If you watch all of the playoffs teams’ games this season, the Vikings are really the only team who don’t have a clearly dominant win that instills confidence. I don’t know. I am very impressed with the offense, and the fact that the defense stepped up and only allowed 3 points in the second half is also impressive, but the fact that they were ever down by 33 points to the Colts is a point that can’t be ignored. I’m not confident in this team in the playoffs, and it has everything to do with the defense (Donatell, specifically). We’ll see how it plays out, but they can’t just rely on the offense to compensate for abysmal defensive scheming when it comes to the postseason. Hopefully Donatell gets it figured out, because at this point, they’d be better off letting the defense improvise on the field. Very conflicted in my feelings about this team. The offense is FOR REAL, and the defense has the talent, but Donatell’s schemes are clearly horrific. Until they give us a dominating, convincing win where all phases are firing on all cylinders, I’m not ready to start getting too optimistic.
As a non-Vikings fan Im happy for you guys and all, but you gotta carry it through a postseason for once!!

I wanted to stop watching because it was so frustrating to watch but I am a die hard and like to watch to the very end even if we are getting blown out like a philly in 2017 and Dallas a few weeks ago. Because you just never know and this game is exactly why especially with the team the Vikings have this year they have found ways to win week after week. They donāt give up. The nfl is lucky the vikes didnāt comeback vs the Cowboys after they switched coverage or fans would be outraged. They gotta be careful taking the Vikings off the air with the way they have been able to comeback and make things a game again a few times and win them all since they win all the one score games lol.
