@thomas walsh Jets have to win atleast 7 or 8 games this year. Once thatâs accomplished we wonât have to overpay free agents to come here. Thatâs how it is believe it or not which is the big problem. You build through the draft and finish off during the free agency period. I think weâll be respectable this season. Starting week 1 Jets have to blitz Lamar Jackson often, they are 5 or 6 deep in the rotation on the D-line so there will always be fresh bodies in the game.
@Rashon Hall thatâs dumb. I agree that you build through the draft. But free agents will go to whoever pays them the most money. Period. If the Jets donât win then JD will be gone
@thomas walsh thatâs not true you know how many bad teams have had to overpay for free agents to come. Did we not give CJ MOSLEY I believe $84 million? Or how about the Tremaine Johnson deal?? I knew he was gonna be a bust. Also the Jaguars just gave Christian Kirk that huge deal. Usually unless itâs homegrown talent good teams almost never have to overpay for talent. I never said âdonât pay them goodâ I said âOverpayâ thatâs a big difference. Last time Jets didnât have to overpay was 09,2010 & 2015 outside of those years we have to damn near bribe players to come here. Chiefs gave Tyreek Hill the option to come here or Miami & he choose Tua a QB who struggles to throw 45 to 50 yards lmao

Max has been going against the Jets D-Line for months. Our D-Line has been a breeding ground for monsters, players fighting for Depth position and playing time, they have given Max their best. I’m sure he will hold up fine in Pass Pro. Run blocking against this D won’t be easy
He will be lined up against Calais Campbell, a 4 time pro bowler. Which pro bowler does Mitchell practice against?

I have to say, I was hesitant to watch these videos as I assumed I was going to be upset by fans comments. I am proud of you Jets fans for pulling for this kid and this team. They are in thatâŠA TEAM! One position does not make or break the outcome. If you think QB does, see how Mahomes did in the SB without a full line. If you think OL means everything, see Burrowâs run to the SB last year.
We have many men on this roster to be excited for and cheer for! On a day when we remember the best of this city and our nation, I am hopeful our Jets will make us proud!
