@KenshinRell I think the bottom line is some starting QB’s in the NFL might have a slightly better arm (Tago for example) but Hurts’ arm is still top 16. Combine that with the run, that brick-wall o-line, and stud’s on both sides WR Smith and Brown (and Gainwell, and great TE’s)… we’re seeing Hurts’ ceiling… which is MVP of the league. This team is perfectly set up for him. And yes.. he has an arm, and a lot of other things too.

@Douglas Hanna And also his leadership skills, when you hear Hurts speak like just recently being back to back player of the week he said he’s emotionless he’s focused on one thing and thats the next game. Look at all the holding, false start calls today on the o-line Hurts didn’t sweat he just made play after play putting his WR’s in position to make plays for themselves.

The team feeds off that mindset and that’s something alot of QB’s don’t have. If he wins these next three games on the road which is very possible we will be no question the MVP of the NFL.

The oline is a little suspect in pass blocking. The threat of Hurts running makes the defensive pass rushers have to have discipline when pass rushing, especially off the edges. Or you’ll have happen to you what happened to Green Bay. Not a coincidence the very next game the edge rushers are containing the QB run and not pass rushing. Hurts makes it so you really do have to pick your poison . Guy is amazing.
