Gus Bradley needs to be fired asap!! He’s the problem his defense is only good for the 1st half 2nd half they always fall apart. We might beat the weaker teams on our schedule but it doesn’t mean Gus Bradley is a good defensive coordinator. He’s holding us back from winning a Super Bowl! Let the linebacker,Defensive line or Secondary coach take over for now. Defensive stats mean nothing when your losing their needs to be a change now don’t wait!!!!
Our offense hella falls off in the second half of every game too tho. Can’t straight up blame Gus Bradley for everything. Play calling on both sides of the ball has been sus in big moments, and we got 5-6 playmakers/ pro bowlers on both sides of the ball that are hurt.
Derwin James is our X factor on defense and he’s hurt. Melvin Ingram been out too. Those two guys alone would add more nuance to Bradley’s scheme

Lynn is the one that needs to get fired asap. Lynn said he hired bradley because his defense is simple and basic. Lynn wants offensive and defensive playcalling to be simple and basic so “players can play fast”. Chargers are playing exactly how lynn wants them too and are still losing. Lynn’s winning philosophy of playing conservative, calling basic predictable plays, never making in game adjustments, playing favorites, running at least 45 times a game isn’t working. Actually feel bad for steichen and bradley for having to follow Lynn’s decisions
