Unfortunately, Elway is still calling the shots, it’s a bait and switch. Another losing season upcoming year after year as long as Elway is allowed to drive this team in the ground.
Its gonna have to be George Patton. Someone with 13 yrs of high level experience. Granted the vikings havent really done much in 13 yrs. I like the concept of champ Kelly but if the goal is to find new blood and different ideas it cannot be champ. And the other two don’t have enough experience. If he goes with the other 2 they will get walked over and u will know Elway true intentions is too keep running the show from behind the scenes.
Why would the Broncos want to add somebody, champ Kelly, who was involved in trading up one spot to draft Mitch trubisky that says a lot about his judgment

@whitecholocatemilk correct. Not only do you pass on them but he traded to move up one spot to get trubisky or at least he was part of the people who agreed to do that for Chicago. To me that says it all
Elevated role means nothing but as a new GM, we can only hope that our Broncos can actually win a playoff game. Elway was a great hall of famer QB but he totally sucked as a General Manager.
give me Fontenot. Vikings have never really had a QB.
Fontenot is THE guy in my opinion, I believe he can get us championships.
