They need to play fast. Brady has been getting a lot more chemistry with the receivers the 2nd half of the season. They have gotten better at picking up the rush and receivers knowing when to break off their routes and give Tom some checkdown targets. When you start hitting on those in open space vacated by blitzing linebackers….it starts to slow down the rush. Then you can hit the medium and over the top throws….I don’t think Smith will be able to hang a number on the Bucs D – so as long as Brady stays clean most of the time then they should be able to put up enough points to win.

@Bruce Hirsch Yes, true. But look at our struggle with the Saint’s D. Bucs should win, no doubt. It might be low scoring however. WFT holds opponents to 21. Alex Smith might put up a good 17. I’m just saying it’s more likely to be more interesting than a blowout. I would love a blowout though.

@Goatriots Washington will not get 6 sacks. Tampa Bay gave up 21 sacks all year man. They ain’t giving up 6 in a game. If they even get 2 sacks and lots of pressure the Bucs will start using tight ends to protect Brady. It wouldn’t get to 6 sacks before the Bucs alter their game plan. Just sayin
