I don’t think any Raider fan is saying that we’re taking the division. We’re not ready yet. Maybe in 1-2 years.
He stretches the field and allows other guys to get open, he doesn’t need the ball in his hands to make an impact
I liked the aggressiveness of the raiders in this game, trying out the deep ball. Ruggs will be a problem all year for defenses if they keep this up

@raiders 2739 no doubt and Ruggs has ran Hill’s top speed like four different documented times before. Ruggs is the quickest reciever in the league.

Having a spy on mahomes was fuken brilliant good thing our other pass rushers did their jobs in order for that to work
@Nasario Gomez not against KC. New England had plays where they got pressure with 2 rushers on 6 kc blockers.
KC OL has been atrocious all year and its hampering the offense over and over. Mahomes doesnt eat a ton of sacks due to his movement and awareness, so it goes unnoticed.

@TheWhiteWhale don’t discount the Raiders defense they played bad had injuries but are starting to gel there’s several new starters and guy’s who haven’t played there holding each other accountable!
It’s almost common sense to use a spy like that if you could however the raiders pass rush was just so good they only needed 3 to get pressure and they did a good job containing him with just 3 along with that secondary who played otherworldly to make him hold the ball for that long. Especially the play to knock the ball out of Kelces hands after mahomes had 7 seconds to run around you can’t ask for someone to do that as a coach but when players make plays like that it makes their job a whole lot easier this was a talent and a game planning win great job raiders

@Texxzy he opens up passing lanes for other receivers because most teams will see his speed and have to double up on him, and that takes away defenders who are relegated to having to double up, same with Darren Waller. Without Henry Ruggs’ speed, we don’t have anyone else who can definitively get defenders to double up and open up passing lanes. Bryan Edwards is also out, and he can do the same thing as ruggs, just not as fast. Every member of the team is a vital piece of a greater whole

This WR class is absolutely balling right now. Ruggs, Lamb, Jeudy, Aiyuk and Jefferson have all been really solid in round one. After the first round, you’ve got guys like Claypool, Higgins, and Shenault making immediate impacts, among others. It’s early, but this is shaping up to be a fantastic WR class
Just like that first round WR pick the Packers have!!!

Trent brown is a tank, but the togetherness is key, the defense working as one and dapping each other after a good play, the whole team jumping after a big play. It’s hard beat a tight team

They pulled the Ruggs out from under them you could say. Literally, he was the difference maker, the Chiefs secondary simply couldn’t keep up with him. Really could have used 4.3 speed Sneed back there.
Don’t sleep on what the defense did. They kept mahomes on a swivel. He didn’t know if it was Man or Zone on the back end. The front 4 kept him on his heels..
