I remember one on the game tying drive to Marcus Johnson, a dude we just brought up from the practice squad which was a huge conversion. Just imagine if Wandale and Toney come in and finally pan out.

In Daniel jones first 3 years the only thing he was good at was deep throws. Legitimately had one of the leagues best passer ratings on throws 20+ yards downfield he can throw deep

1:19 not saying he makes those throws consistently, but he does make them…he did it against Philly to win the game and Engram dropped it and again against Washington and Slayton dropped it

The Packers win gives us a very good shot at the playoffs. A win over Baltimore makes it a lock and that’s just a fact. It’ll be a lot harder even with the soft schedule coming after Baltimore for us to make the playoffs. We’d have to basically hope for maybe PhiLLy or Dallas to lose more games than us, same goes for either Minnesota or Green Bay, and LA or SF or AZ. That’s a lot 😂

He hit Sterling Shepard for 60+ in game 1. Shep is now out for the season. Golladay hurt or not in the game. Kadarius Toney is out, alternating hamstring pulls each week. Our rookie Wandale is out. No WRs are getting separation. Saquon gets the ball a lot. We throw short to receivers or TE’s.

The reason you haven’t heard from Jones is because nobody wants to admit he’s actually carrying the team just as much as Barkley. It is t about his passing yards. The way the team is playing, they don’t have as many possessions.

The key to this game: Wink Martindale. He knows Lamar in and out – practiced against him for years, knows his tendencies and weaknesses. The defense WILL contain Lamar – but that doesn’t mean he can’t beat us. The offense will have to step up and put some extra points on the board. And we’ll have to continue to play better in the second half – where we’ve outscored the hell out of teams.
According to Next Gen Stats, Jones was the #1 rated deep passer in the league in 2020. That blows up the idea that he can’t throw the deep ball. There are many reasons why deep passes have been limited this season but none of them are a reflection of Jones’ ability to do it.
