Play all 4 quarters. Don’t come out flat in the second half. Improved tackling. No coaching let downs. Don’t get conservative.

Clowney hasn’t practiced all week I doubt he plays garret has been limited all week but I’m expecting him to play so focus on garret chip Blocks Double teams on longer downs

Browns D-line is gonna be weaker without Myles garret which wants me to tell you to run a lot more with austin Ekeler. He is very Underated and doesn’t get as many touches he deserves too

Nasir has been *terrible* so far. Last week was abominable (but for the overthrown INT right to him in the first series). If he is that bad on Sunday, I do not see how the Bolts overcome it. We have the chance to go into second in the AFC West alone and stay within a game of the Chiefs. Justin is going to have to put the team on his back and go even with shattered rib cartilage and the D is going to have to do the best it can to get stops when they can.
Everyone has Lombardi on the hot seat and rightfully so,but Staley has way too much talent on defense to be 30 th in pts against and bottom 5 getting off the field in 3 Rd downs.The linebacker play has been horrible again and they are getting no help on the second level from Gilman or Adderly.This is on Staley
When Money went through all the stats for Sony Michel game by game, it was shocking to hear how inept he was running the ball.
Kelly and Eckeler are far better, yet in the third quarter when we had a chance to totally take any life that was left out of the Texans by scoring a touchdown, Michel was inserted into the lineup for three consecutive possessions. Why??
Staley said he was in because there was a specific set of plays that were designed for his strengths.. how did that work out?
You can’t tell me Eckeler couldn’t have followed the “plan” for those same plays instead of Michel, and not had much better results..
It’s just frustrating as hell, watching the Texans climb back into the game that easily could have gone the other way.
I really hope Staley learns from those mistakes and stops using Sony Michel. How about 4 or 5 touches for Kelly instead, or giving Spiller a chance to show us what he can do? Bad decisions often lead to losing games, and it doesn’t take much for momentum to swing the other way, like we all saw last Sunday.
This simply has to change. Tired of watching Staley being out-coached by his opponents.
There’s a reason Sony has been jumping from team to team.. even with a ring the man was never THAT great and now he’s lost a step. He’s not good. He should be riding the bench unless there’s an injury. Feed Josh
The one thing about the Browns is they always bring out the best in the other team. It’s just part of the curse they have.
With Parham back start increasing 12 personal on 1st and 2nd down with Herbert under center and throw out of that 50% of the time. 2 TE’s will improve protection on edges, will also improve run blocking. Let the TE’s work the seams up the middle. Being under center will keep the Browns in base defense. Which means Ekeler will be a key checkdown/screen option. Increase play action, and/or roll the pocket and let Herbert do his thing.
Beat the Browns and we can be 5 and 2 going into the buy . I’m not panicking even though Lombardi play call is a joke , we cannot stop the run or run the ball much . We have Herbert the best QB in the game . Like last year he will erase many bad games . Keenan comes back soon and Bandy looks legit . Go Bolts !
