@robert defrank no a win is a win doesnt work here because if the cowboys play like this they arent going anywhere in the playoffs. eagles will beat them in 2 weeks.texans had 4 downs at the 4 yard line to punch it in and win the game and couldnt do it, they showed why they are 1 -10 but to even be setup to win the game like that at the end proves dallas is severly overrated

Not exactly a win to poke your chest out about, but a win nonetheless, the heart of a champion, pulling victory out the jaws of defeat, this is what separates the good teams from the great teams, great win Dallas 🤝

I think people are judging games based on records and stats….. Don’t forget, Texans/Cowboys is a HUGE Texas rivalry game.
That PASS to Noah Brown…..GREAT route running and timing…..He hadnt even turned around when the Ball was released. That says that him and DAK are on the same page and ….Just awesome
That’s where the interceptions come from. Dak trust there receivers to be where the ball is going. When they aren’t then the ball is already out there and ready to be turned over.

@Andro Libre you’re right and we’ve been knowing that for years now.. Dak makes his best plays outside of the pocket.. usually on a designed scramble..he can play in the pocket but he’s more explosive when he’s on the move
@Andro Libre It may be true about the running passes… If they’re designed play action it’s one thing, but many of those are broken plays where the receivers are wide open else run or the ball is thrown away… it would skew the stats a bit but it would be interesting to look at.

Despite the loss of RT Steele, the two picks one on a tipped ball the other caused by the QB hit courtesy of back-up RT JBall, 2 dropped TD passes the 4-5 other drops by the WRs and the awful play calling by K Moore Dak led a 98 yard game winning drive where he was absolutely surgical and flawless. He was 8-9 with a dropped TD pass to Gallup, had a huge scramble for 9 yards and picked up another 6-7 on a QB sneak to move the chains. THAT is what franchise QBs are supposed to and expected to do. The great QBs always find a way to when when things have been bad for most of the game and they’re down facing defeat. Brady, Rodgers, Mahomes, Allen…..they all get the credit and it’s all good when they pull victory out of a poor performance but NOT Dak. Nope it’s never him. If they win it was the defense, oline, running game or play calling, when they lose it’s Daks fault and he somehow sucks, when he drives them for the win it’s ANYTHING but Dak led to the win. Amazing the hypocrisy and the pure ignorance of the vast majority of fans and haters.
He’s not a great QB. Sorry. He’s like the 20th best player on the team.

Dude the cowboys were a yard away from losing to the worse team in the league, at home. Nothing to be proud of. If Texas was a better team Dallas would’ve been out of the playoffs.
@Angel Diaz how do you figure they would be out of the playoffs if they lost? They would have still been 9-4 and ahead of multiple people in the playoff race…so yes the loss would have been devastating for them to lose for chances to win the division but to say they would have been out of the playoffs is ludicrous

That to me has to be one of the best Dallas Cowboys games I never saw. Thankful that the NFL provided these last 20 minutes of the game for me to see that sometimes you have to be lucky more than good but to give credit the Texans fought a pretty good fight. I think this demonstrates the Cowboys can win very tight games despite interceptions and other miss cues. This Dallas Cowboys team can and might just possibly win the Super Bowl.
Props to #96 for getting up after the cut block and making a play on the goal line stand. The QB literally hit a wall with him and the ILB.
And this was the ending I’ve been craving 4 ,for the Cowboys edge of the 💺 against a team like Houston and played til the very end I actually loved this game
The Texans had every Cowboys fan terrified 😂.. good game to them… that was an AMAZING tackle by D-Law
