If he would’ve played the Superbowl without trying so hard to make a big play, he would’ve kept Chase in check, instead he got toasted. I still think Ramsey is the best CB in the game without a doubt but he needs to keep a cool mind in big games.

I will say this about ramsey. I still think he is one of the best CBs, if not the best CB in the league and when it matters the most, he made big plays. Now, I do believe in the SB, he was feeling pressure of defending best rookie wr in the league in ja’marr chase, so he kinda underperformed a little bit. But again, when healthy, I think he is still very effective and can make big defensive stops
Bengals receivers were getting clamped by Ramsey until that facemask lol. That play alone was like half their yardage that entire game. Ramsey showed up refs didnt

One game don’t define his legacy he’s still the best corner in the league and has been for a few seasons now. More consistent then any other corner. He had one of the hardest assignments in that superbowl and many of the other” top corners “ would have struggled. If you take away that opi that wasn’t called on tee Higgins Jalen gave up just over 70 yards in coverage 3/4 of that coming on one amazing catch by jamar chase
