@Chris Rezendes Ty Law, John Hannah, Brady, Gronk, Mike Haynes, Randy Moss, Wes Welker, and there are others like TEs Russ Francis and Ben Coates who get overlooked because of recency bias. As far as Swiss Army Knives go, name one better than Troy Brown.
@Goatriots I named a few that young people may never have heard of like Mike Haynes and John Hannah but I completely whiffed on Cam. I forgot that he’s a Patriots, won an MVP, and all that. These are all arguable anyway. Aside from LT, who is not arguable? The argument is mostly vapid unless firm criteria are laid down. I think anybody who dominated their era deserves to be in the discussion. The discussion is all that really counts since nobody knows how to measure them.
@Chris D Hannah was a beast. Mike Singletary said that during that SB he got hit by Hannah harder than he had ever been hit in his entire life. Of course, gotta love Larry Allen, but at that level they are all equal to me. That’s the elite level of guard.

People like to criticize Brady for the checkdown passes but don’t they realize that its a nightmare for opposing defenses because it wears down and overwhelmingly tires them out then that’s when he’s hits them with the big play .
I really hate it when Brady takes the safe route and throws underneath for short gains like that. He should air it out once in a while.
